Refund policy

At Bright & Balance, we stand behind the quality of our products. To ensure a fair process for our customers and maintain the highest safety and quality standards, we offer the following terms for returns and refunds. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Return Policy.


1. Standard Return (Unopened Bottles)

If you change your mind, you may return any unopened and factory-sealed bottles within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, both the outer shrink band and the inner safety seal must be 100% intact and undisturbed. We cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or tampered with due to safety and health regulations.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee (calculated based on the product price) will be deducted from your refund to cover warehouse processing and inspection.

  • How to start: Email support@brightandbalance.com for return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

 

2. The 60-Day "Move Freely Again" Guarantee

We offer a limited money-back guarantee so you can try Menomagic with absolute peace of mind. This is a refund-only policy and does not require you to ship the bottle back to us.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • First Order Only: This guarantee applies exclusively to your very first purchase of MenoMagic and is limited to the cost of one (1) bottle only.

  • Mandatory Usage Period: Because our formula requires consistent use to show results, you must complete the full 30-day supply (one bottle) as directed before requesting a refund.

  • Submission Window: Refund requests must be submitted between Day 31 and Day 60 after your delivery date.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a broken seal, please report it to support@brightandbalance.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier.

  • Evidence Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged bottle and the shipping packaging to process a replacement.

  • Resolution: Damaged items will be replaced with a new shipment at no cost to the customer.

4. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund (minus the 5% restocking fee and original shipping) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Timeline: Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@brightandbalance.com

5. Exclusions & Limitations

  • Non-Refundable Items: Please note that shipping fees, taste/smell preferences, and sensitivities to ingredients clearly listed on our label are not eligible for a refund.

  • Final Sale on Future Orders: Once a refund has been processed under our 60-day guarantee, any future purchases of Menomagic by the same customer are considered final. No further refund requests or guarantee claims will be honored for subsequent orders.
